Join us for a nourishing 5-week yoga program designed specifically for mums and their little ones in the heart of Bondi.
Run by Emily Rogers, a mother, yoga teacher and PT This program offers a peaceful space for new mothers to bond with their babies while strenghtening, moving and breathing rejuvenating the body and mind. Through a series of beginner-friendly yoga classes, you’ll engage in restorative poses, breathwork, and light movement that promote relaxation, strength, and well-being.
More than just yoga, this program is about coming together to build a supportive community of like-minded mothers. It’s an opportunity to connect, share experiences, and find your tribe – a circle of mums who understand and support each other through this incredible journey. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this program will help you navigate motherhood with strength, ease, and grace.
There will be specific focus each week and you are very welcome to come to both weekly sessions if time allows.

Emily has been teaching yoga in the Bondi community for almost 10 years and now a mum of her cheeky toddler Havana is a passionate advocate for women’s health particularly in their motherhood journey. Also a birth and postpartum doula Em loves to support and help mums to connect back to themselves in a way that cultivates self trust so they can navigate the adventure of birth and the wild and wonderful transition into becoming a mum. She is also a Pilates instructor and PT so weaves this knowledge into creating nourishing classes for everyone, regardless of previous experience.’
