Our 200 Hour Yoga Training contains 20 hours of online training.
Rare 200 Hour Yoga Training will guide you through the history, philosophy and practical application of yoga. Each morning we begin with a challenging and inspiring physical practice, before gathering for lectures, discussion, and hands-on training. Experienced students are also welcome to join our 50 and 25 hour trainings, which focus on specific elements of yoga including sequencing, energetics, yin, pre and post natal, mantra, assisting, and more.
Rare 200 Hour Yoga Training is the first step on the pathway to becoming an accredited yoga teacher. You will explore the history and philosophy of yoga, and gain the practical skills and knowledge to teach yoga classes of all levels.
Experienced yoga students teachers are also welcome to join our 50 and 25 hour trainings, which focus on specific elements of yoga including sequencing, energetics, yin, pre and post natal, mantra, assisting, and more.
Our 50 and 25 Hour trainings offer yoga teachers the opportunity to deepen their understanding of specific elements of yoga and develop their teaching skills, under the guidance of our highly trained teaching team.
We will explore the eight limbs of yoga, examine history and philosophy, discuss key texts, study anatomy and physiology, practice meditation and pranayama, sequencing and language, and more.

We understand that life can be unpredictable and you may miss some training sessions. According to Yoga Alliance, you must attend a certain amount of hours for specific elements like asana labs or practice, and theory or assessment sessions cannot be missed. We will help connect you with a relevant teacher for a make-up session if needed, but the cost will be paid directly to the teacher.
