The 4-week structure (how it works this year)
Each weekend includes strength + mobility drills and clear technique work — but the real difference is the continuity.
You’ll be coached by 4 different handstand experts across 4 weeks, and every session has two teachers present: the teacher leading that week, plus the teacher teaching the following week (so the coaching stays connected from week to week).
That means:
• two sets of eyes on you every session
• coaching that links from week to week (no starting over)
• each week naturally builds on what came before
