The chakras are lenses through which we perceive the world—a yogic system that helps us understand ourselves and resolve what we need to, in order to bring more balance into our physical and spiritual lives, ultimately creating greater harmony for the whole. If you are feeling stuck, at a crossroads, or have been craving a deeper understanding of the chakras, this half-day retreat is for you!
In this workshop, Rachael and Sarah will guide you on a journey through the chakras with a dynamic yoga flow, including mantra and chanting of seed sounds, focused on tuning and activating the chakras. We will then take a short break for an Ayurvedic snack, followed by a discussion on how to work with each of the chakras. The day will conclude with a restorative chakra-balancing practice and a harmonizing Sound Bath Yoga Nidra.

What we hope you get out of the retreat day.
Balanced and Centered:
The focus on the chakras, through dynamic yoga, mantra chanting, and sound bath yoga nidra, would help participants feel more aligned both physically and spiritually. This alignment can lead to a sense of inner balance, reducing feelings of being stuck or at a crossroads.
Energized Yet Calm:
The dynamic yoga flow would likely energize participants, while the restorative practices and sound bath would calm the mind, leaving them with a harmonious blend of vitality and tranquility.
More Self-Aware:
The educational component about working with each chakra would deepen participants' understanding of themselves, providing tools to navigate personal challenges or spiritual growth. This could lead to a feeling of empowerment and clarity about one's life path or personal issues.
Connected:
The communal aspect of chanting, discussing, and practicing together can foster a sense of community and connection among participants, enhancing feelings of belonging and support.
Refreshed:
The Ayurvedic snack would not only break the physical practice but also nourish the body in line with holistic health principles, contributing to an overall sense of refreshment and well-being.
Inspirational:
The journey through the chakras could spark inspiration or motivation for further exploration into yoga, meditation, or personal development, leaving participants eager to continue this journey of self-discovery.
Grounded:
The emphasis on sound and vibration through mantra and sound bath yoga nidra would ground participants, helping them feel more present and connected to their physical and spiritual selves.
This retreat's design to work through the chakras would particularly resonate with those feeling spiritually or emotionally out of sync, offering a transformative experience that could significantly shift one's perspective on life and self.
