This restorative experience is designed to support relaxation, reduce stress and create space for clarity and balance.
Combining live violin, original soundscapes, guided breathwork and gentle movement, Jessica leads a sensory experience designed to quiet the mind, release tension and support a shift from busyness into rest.
Using rhythm, layered sound and music-informed wellbeing principles, the session encourages the body and mind to slow down and reconnect with a sense of ease.
