The tools of Yoga have helped Sam through the most difficult moments in his life and have helped him to develop a resilience and mental fortitude he hopes to share with the world.

Sam began teaching full time the day he got his first certification in 2017. Since then he has developed a deep passion for the physical form, studying asana, intelligent sequencing, anatomy & physiology to help better understand their bodies.

Over the years he has also been lucky enough to study from the primary teacher Noelle Connolly as well as Simon Park, Patrick Beach, Dice Ida-Klein & Dylan Werner.

What to expect in Sam’s classes? Intelligent sequences to build strength and stability in the body, terrible jokes, a nurturing yet commanding energy and of course a plethora of arm balances and inversions.
